Plauqe mounting issue My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease.
KeenART:
This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. If you have any further questions on this please give us a call or reply email.
Trini, | I am thrilled with my two frames (with liners) for a variety of reasons: (1) Website was very well organized and easy to use. (I used other similar websites but they resulted in frustration and/or confusion or I was unable to customize my order; (2) assembling the final products was super easy to do and everything fit beautifully; (3) all necessary parts were included and (4) it is clear that everything is of high quality, right down down to the picture hangers. While it took a couple of weeks to receive the frames and they are a tad pricey, I highly recommend this company. Thank you!
Anne W., | an amazing job Just wanted to send you a few shots and let you know what an amazing job you did on my prints...As usual..I have been spreading the word about how amazing canvas art is with your own shots, and have been giving them for gifts more often than none. I hope that word spreads rapidly, as you guys do such great work. Thought you might like to know.
Cheers,
hillary, | All the best! Dear Diana,
I MUST write this and commend your company for an excellent experience I just had with you. I bought a painting from an artist in the UK not knowing that it would be un-stretched from it's original frame and shipped to me simply rolled up in a tube. I'd never heard of such in all the paintings I've purchased over the years. After calling and visiting several companies that might re-stretch it near me, no one would touch it because it had been stretched and wouldn't take the responsibility. I believe Artfinder, whom I purchased it through, found your company in BC, some 2000 plus miles away from Ohio.
I then called you direct, and you immediately welcomed the challenge, quoted me a very fair price, arranged the entire project for me in minutes. I shipped it to you, you re-stretched my painting perfectly. There is no way you can tell it has been reworked. Plus, you carefully put black tape completely around the back frame, and installed screws and a hanging wire, along with pads at the bottom for protection. All I might add were a surprise and very welcomed. You then wrapped it in a custom made box with proper banding, and shipped it back to me in a very short amount of time. Another surprise was FedEx shipping was only $19.00. All I had to do is unwrap it, put a nail in the wall and hang and begin enjoying it.... FINALLY! I struggled with this prior to discovering Keen Art Media for far too many hours.
I want to personally thank you for your service, expertise, and professionalism in making this crazy ordeal come to such a wonderful, (and peaceful), happy ending. Wishing you and your fine company continued success. I will use and recommend you at any time of need.
All the best!
Randall
